About Us

I’m a Florida native who comes from a family of civil servants. I’m a post- 9/11 veteran with over 10 years experience in finance, insurance, and tax consulting.  I am thrilled to be part of the hemp and cannabis industry as a Co-Founder and operator of Gallantri Industries.  Cannabis will improve not only the nation’s economy but will help rebuild communities and improve our quality of life. My focus is on access and resources for cannabis license holders and those seeking to get in the industry.

I’m a Chicago native with deep roots in the community known for connecting people. As Director of Business Development at Lucas James Talent Partners, a recruiting firm, we help companies recruit talent nationally at all levels. Before  that, I was Chief Revenue Officer at MSO Justice Grown, and was involved in license applications and finding talent. I’m a serial entrepreneur and have significant startup experience having been with several private equity backed companies. I serve as a mentor and on several Boards, supporting groups with values that align with with my own including those with a mission of increasing diversity, equity and inclusion. I am a founding member of WINC (Women in Cannabis) and thrilled to help the new Illinois licensees connect to what they need, including people.

Since my legal career in the cannabis industry began in 2016, my role with clients has been more than just a trusted attorney and advisor at HMB Legal Counsel, I am a true business partner to the cannabis entrepreneurs, investors and business owners whom I’ve enjoyed helping to navigate the complex regulatory landscape around the country. I am inspired daily from helping craft successful license applications, creating novel agreements to withstand regulatory scrutiny, guiding a purchase/sale or funding to fruition or litigating to move the industry forward. Most exciting to me is helping connect like-minded cannabis business clients and colleagues to each other and I’m so pleased to work with the CannaMatch team as a Co-Founder to help new licensees move forward.
